1. Provide construction subsidies according to charging power
Guangdong charging facility subsidy standard is: From 2021-2023, DC piles in the Pearl River Delta region shall not exceed 200 yuan/kW, AC piles shall not exceed 40 yuan/kW, DC piles in the East and northwest of Guangdong shall not exceed 300 yuan/kW, AC piles shall not exceed 60 yuan/kW, and charging piles in expressway fast charging stations in various cities shall be implemented according to the subsidy standards in the Pearl River Delta region. Dc pile does not exceed 200 yuan/kW, AC pile does not exceed 40 yuan/kW. The actual subsidy standard is converted according to the total capital demand.
2. Double subsidies for construction and operation of charging facilities
Taking Jiangsu Province as an example, charging facility construction and operation units that are integrated into the unified management of the province can apply for charging facility construction subsidies. Subsidy standard: ① AC charging pile subsidy standard does not exceed 200 yuan/kW; ② The subsidy standard of DC charging pile does not exceed 500 yuan/kW; (3) The subsidies for the construction of charging facilities in the unified construction and management of residential communities will be increased by 10% on the basis of the current standard, and 15% if it has orderly charging function at the same time. In the municipal charging facility monitoring platform, the charging amount in the previous year reached 500,000 KWH and above, can apply for charging facility operation subsidies. Subsidy standard: Charging facility operation subsidy standard does not exceed 0.1 yuan/KWH.
3. Single station one-time subsidy
For this subsidy policy, we take Hainan Province as an example, and give a one-time reward of 2 million yuan or 4 million yuan to pilot application projects in key application areas such as cruise taxis and medium and heavy trucks that meet the conditions. During the pilot period from 2021 to 2022, a one-time reward of 4 million yuan will be given to medium and heavy truck projects that place no less than 50 electric replacement vehicles and actually operate in electric replacement mode.
4. Subsidy based on investment amount
By the end of 2023, Wuhan will promote a total of 18,000 new energy vehicles and build 100 power stations. For the changing power stations completed and put into operation before December 31, 2023, and connected to the municipal new energy vehicles and charging infrastructure supervision and service platform, investment incentives will be given according to 15% of the actual investment amount of the changing power station equipment.
As an important infrastructure for new energy vehicles, charging piles have formed a relatively complete award and subsidy policy, and central planning + local awards and subsidies have followed up.
